Pumpkin Spice White Hot Chocolate

Because... It's pumpkin spice season!

This past week was such a busy time for our family considering we drove 14 hours one way to Colorado. Since there was a one hour time difference, it took the rest of the week for everyone to get back to normal.

Now that we're back home and settled, I'm so excited to share our new favorite fall pumpkin recipe with you.

Since pumpkin spice everything is upon us, I wanted to think of a fun way for the kids (and those of us that don't need caffeine) to partake in the seasonal drink.

Also, making a recipe with pumpkin is on our Fall Family Bucket List and my since Pumpkin Spice Latte was such a hit a few years ago, I thought it would be fun to make a new caffeine free recipe.

I decided to experiment with white chocolate and vanilla almond milk as the base and I'm glad I did because it came out amazing. My family absolutely loves this drink! I can't wait for this Texas heat to cool down so we can enjoy it more often.

My mother-in-love enjoys this recipe so much that we froze the rest leftovers for her to make a pumpkin spice iced coffee. So, you may want to consider doubling the recipe to give that a try.
