I know I'm not be the only parent that sees all the fun activities on Pinterest (follow me!) and thinks, "My baby would love doing that!" With that in mind, it only seems fitting that I share the weekly curriculum I created for my 1 year old. I'm a big advocate of learning through playing and interacting with children, which means PARENTAL SUPERVISION IS REQUIRED with all of the activities I suggest. All of the activities can be modified to better fit your child's age and skill set. Follow me on Instagram to see our daily activities in real time.
Since my little one is still young, and has the attention span the size of a fly, I set up 1 activity per day, and let him revisit it at his leisure. Most of my supplies are available at the Dollar Tree, but I have included a few affiliate links below in case you prefer to shop online. I reuse the items for different activities all week and my boy loved them all. The most important item you will need for any of the activities is a Underbed 28 Qt. Storage Box. I bought 2 of the Underbed 28 Qt. Storage Box's so the sand and water activities could be done separately and would suggest buying a third for supply storage. I also picked up a 6 Qt Storage Box for smaller water and food related activities.

Our favorite book was Dino-Hockey by Lisa Wheeler. Two teams full of prehistoric creatures face off in an exciting hockey game. It has a great list of omnivorous and carnivorous dinosaurs that's fun for little ones to learn.
